Due to the nature of the sale and the limited number of editions, all sales are final. Shipment of the edition will be done when payment is processed. Note that costumers within the EU are given 14 days to return an edition as long as the goods are unused and undamaged. In the case of returning a product, the costumer is responsible for paying the return shipping. Refund will be done when the goods are recieved.

We suggest openening the artwork as soon as it has arrived. The package is designed to protect the artwork and will encounter wear and tear in the shipping. In the case of damaged editions we may offer replacements or refunds. Please contact the shipping provider with images of the damaged products. You can also email us at nielsen.frederik8@gmail.com and we will assist you. Damage claims need to be filed within 30 days from arrival.

We ship our artworks worldwide using a reputable courier service. In some cases the shipping provider will open your package for inspection. Please let us know if this causes damage to your product. All sales are done through direct contact between the costumer and the studio. The artworks are produced in limited quantities and are numbered and signed by the artist. The number of each artwork corresponds to its place in the edition. We do not guarantee the availability of specific edition numbers. Shipping can take up 4 weeks depending on the destination. All products are made in, and shipped from Denmark. Payment can be done through bank transfer, PayPal or MobilePay (only in Denmark).

Our website and the artworks offered for sale are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of our website or the information, content, materials, or products included on our website. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our website after any changes have been made will constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and our company regarding the use of our website and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
